Spade Corporation was founded as Spade Pipeline in 1969 to continue a history of constructing natural gas and petroleum products pipelines. The company incorporated in Kentucky in 1972, began narrowing its focus to the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and expanded its services and operational area. The name was changed to Spade Corporation in 1987 to reflect the increasing range of services offered to our clients.
